FullStack is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You will work with one of our product teams to build and deliver high-quality software to clients.

We require 5+ years of manual testing experience, Advanced English, and a four-year degree. You will test APIs, SQL data integrity, and microservices in a collaborative Agile environment. This is a fully remote role with strong career growth opportunities.

• 5+ years of professional experience in manual software testing and QA.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Extensive experience with STLC and bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven API testing experience using Postman, Insomnia, or Charles Proxy.
• Deep experience in database testing, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures (EDA).
• Experience designing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.

Responsabilidades

• Join one of our product teams to build and deliver software to clients.
• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices from scratch.
• Perform API and database testing to verify data integrity.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and QA integration within deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality throughout the cycle.
• Support accessibility and security testing basics where applicable.

The Position

We're looking to hire a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience with STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience performing API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Charles Proxy.
• Deep experience in database testing, including writing complex SQL queries to verify data integrity.
• Demonstrated experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures (EDA).
• Expertise in designing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices from scratch.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and understanding how QA integrates into automated deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of Accessibility testing (WCAG) or Security testing basics is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
