FullStack is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team and collaborate with product groups to deliver high-quality software to clients. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, perform API and database testing, and ensure quality across microservices architectures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manual testing, strong English, a four-year degree, and hands-on experience with STLC, Jira/Azure DevOps, Postman/Insomnia/Charles, SQL, and CI/CD.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with STLC and bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience performing API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Charles Proxy.
• Deep experience in database testing with SQL queries.
• Testing microservices and event-driven architectures (EDA).
• Designing test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration into deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing or Security testing basics is a plus.
• Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams and on large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Work with product teams to validate software quality across systems.
• Define and execute manual test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate on bug triage, reporting, and risk assessment.
• Contribute to QA libraries and reusable testing assets.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD discussions.
• Support accessibility and security testing initiatives as needed.
