Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Kafka engineering or streaming data platforms.
• Strong expertise in Kafka architecture, cluster management, and stream processing.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Kafka streaming solutions with focus on performance and reliability.
• Lead technical decisions on Kafka architecture and data pipelines.
