Addi Colombia is seeking a backend software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable services for our lending and payments platform. You will join the Lending team and collaborate with product, business, and other engineers to ship features that improve reliability and user experience for customers across Colombia.

Your work includes implementing features on the JVM stack, building robust APIs, and deploying changes through our CI/CD pipeline.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend development experience with JVM languages.
• Proven track record of scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional software teams and agile processes.
• Strong design and implementation of secure APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership from design to production.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product owners.
• Architect resilient and scalable components.
• Develop features on the JVM stack.
• Write unit/integration/automation tests to ensure reliability.
• Review pull requests daily and share knowledge with the team.
• Deploy features to production via CI/CD.
• Be on-call occasionally.
• Contribute to Architecture Decision Records.
