Formación

• Deep expertise in software architecture and the JVM ecosystem.
• Proven track record building internal developer platforms.
• Observability engineering—building the stack.
• Strong OS and infrastructure foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate the internal engineering platform to boost developer productivity.
• Deliver 100% automated SLO dashboards and alerting for new services within 6 months.
• Establish zero platform-team dependency for production performance triage within 9 months.
• Drive AI-assisted capabilities to reduce platform support tickets and scale the ecosystem.
