EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to build and evolve an internal developer portal with emphasis on TypeScript standards and frontend architecture. You will lead spec-driven execution and mentor distributed teams to raise engineering quality.

Responsibilities include defining TS standards, building Node.js services, enforcing security and performance, and coordinating delivery across global teams with a 2pm PST shift requirement.

Formación

• 3+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript fullstack experience with Node.js.
• Cloud platform experience including hosting and deployment.
• Senior-level leadership experience providing technical direction and code review.
• Strong project ownership skills working independently across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Design frontend architecture decisions including component structure and state management.
• Define TypeScript standards and performance best practices for the portal.
• Build Node.js services and integrations that support the developer platform.
• Implement spec-driven development so each feature maps back to an approved spec.
• Review code and enforce quality, security, and maintainability standards.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions across the team.
• Integrate internal tooling and platform extensions to streamline SDLC workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams with a required work-hour shift until 2pm PST.
