EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript and Angular to drive high-quality user interfaces across our product suite. You will lead a multinational engineering team, tackle complex frontend challenges, and help shape technical strategy.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading development teams.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML fundamentals.
• Strong CSS skills including Flexbox and CSS variables; experience with SASS/SCSS.

• Gather requirements and translate ideas into detailed plans with acceptance criteria.
• Review code to detect issues and reduce duplication.
• Create reusable, scalable UI components and features.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain quality.
