BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java Tech Lead to guide a reactive, event-driven platform. You will own service architecture, API contracts, and enforce Domain-Driven Design across the team, while mentoring engineers and aligning with product stakeholders.

Lead deployment practices, CI/CD on cloud and Kubernetes, and collaborate with frontend teams using Angular 18 and TypeScript. This role offers a fully remote, global impact opportunity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot with Spring Reactive.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka or a comparable messaging platform.
• Experience with Angular 18 and TypeScript.
• Strong background in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, required for cross-team leadership and customer-facing discussions.
