Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations to design and implement robust Java services powering API integrations across external systems. You will handle REST, webhooks, OAuth, and multi-tenant auth to keep connectors secure and scalable.

You’ll build ETL pipelines, connectors and parsers while ensuring reliability through contract testing and versioning. Collaboration with teams integrating with M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack or iManage will be central.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with API and systems integration (REST, webhooks, event-driven).
• OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning/auth flows.
• ETL and data pipelines (connectors, parsers, schema normalization).
• Experience integrating with M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack or iManage.
• QA, contract testing, and connector reliability including versioning and regression.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations at BairesDev

In this role, you'll write backend Java services that power integrations with external systems, applying strong API design and event-driven synchronization patterns. Handling OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning, you'll build the authentication and authorization logic that keeps connectors secure across many tenants.
