GBS Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own the design, deployment, and security of internal tools, automation systems, and AI-driven workflows. This role blends internal product development, platform engineering, DevOps, and applied AI to improve operational efficiency and scale business processes.

You will design reliable AI-enabled workflows, ensure data protection and system integrity, manage CI/CD pipelines, and work cross-functionally with leadership to translate business needs

Formación

• 5+ years in software or platform engineering, with internal tools or automation focus.
• Strong backend and system design fundamentals for scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation and automation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in production, including LLMs or agents.
• Experience with API integrations and system orchestration across multiple tools.
• Familiarity with security, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Proactive problem solving across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, development, deployment, security, and maintenance of internal tools and automation systems.
• Build and evolve internal tools as products with long-term ownership.
• Design and implement automation across workflows and data pipelines.
