Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Internal Controls Leader to oversee the Internal Controls function across multiple countries in WACAM. You will design, implement and monitor control frameworks (SOX, CSA, CCM), drive compliance, and lead a 4–5 person IC team to build a robust control environment with plant, distribution, and manufacturing focus.

• Experience designing and evaluating internal control frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and control testing.
• Ability to lead and coach a multi-country IC team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Internal Controls team across multiple countries (WACAM) to optimize control environments.
• Provide expert assessment of policies and control effectiveness; train staff.
• Oversee SOX testing, CSA, and CCM programs with external auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of control processes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IC team.
