Mondelez International in Colombia seeks a Senior Supervisor for Internal Controls to lead the regional IC team, strengthening SOX/CSA programs, risk assessments and control testing across multiple countries. You will design, monitor and optimize control frameworks, coach auditors, and partner with management to drive compliance and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Fluent English and Spanish required; 10+ years in internal controls within manufacturing/CPG; experience leading

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on Internal Controls experience in manufacturing, consumer goods (CPG/FMCG), or retail.
• Experience leading Internal Controls teams across multiple countries.
• Fluent English and native/fluent Spanish mandated.
• Strong on-site/plant experience and ability to interact with business units.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Internal Controls team for multiple countries/processes and optimize control design, training, monitoring, and compliance (SOX/CSA).
• Provide expert assessment of policies and control effectiveness and deliver training on policies.
• Conduct risk-based control reviews and advise on identified risk areas.
• Partner with senior management during SOX testing and CSA exercises.
• Drive harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across IC processes.
