Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Controls Leader in Bogota, Colombia.

The role focuses on managing internal control environments, designing and testing controls, and coaching a high-performing team across multiple countries in the WACAM region. You will partner with senior management to strengthen policy adherence, drive SOX testing, and oversee CSA activities, while fostering continuous improvement and strategic control leadership within a global FMCG

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on internal controls experience in manufacturing or consumer goods
• Experience leading IC teams and driving process improvements
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Internal Controls team for multiple countries/processes, optimizing the control environment
• Assess policy and control effectiveness and deliver training on controls
• Coordinate SOX testing cycles and CSA exercises with management and external auditors
• Drive harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement across IC processes
• Develop and coach a high-performing IC team and support talent development programs across the scope
