SoftServe in Colombia seeks an experienced MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure API-led integrations powering critical processes.

The role focuses on API-led architecture, governance, and CI/CD automation, contributing to platform improvements and providing reliable integration services.

Formación

• 5+ years in integration development or related field.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer preferred.

About The Role

In this role, you will design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and API-led integrations that power critical business processes.

Our growing integration team is focused on building modern, reliable connectivity across enterprise systems by applying API-led architecture, integration best practices, and CI/CD automation. You will contribute to platform governance, drive continuous improvements, and help enable digital transformation through high-quality integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality integration solutions
• Design and implement API-led connectivity architectures, including System, Process, and Experience APIs
• Establish and promote integration best practices, standards, and reusable design patterns across integration initiatives
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, scalability, governance, and performance requirements
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications to support efficient and reliable deployments
• Monitor, support, and manage the MuleSoft platform, ensuring application stability, performance, and lifecycle management
• Continuously evaluate new MuleSoft capabilities, product updates, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve the organization's integration ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in integration development
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level I or Level II
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with MuleSoft, including delivery of production‑grade projects
• Strong understanding of API design principles, including REST, RAML, and OpenAPI Specification (OAS)
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), message queues, and event‑driven architecture
• Proficiency with Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, Exchange, API Manager, and Anypoint Studio
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions such as Splunk, New Relic, and Anypoint Monitoring
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of API security standards and protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
