Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced fintech creative team. You will craft premium digital assets across fintech, trading, crypto, and financial campaigns, blending strong visual design with UI/web thinking.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Motion teams to translate briefs into engaging, brand-consistent experiences. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is required, with 4+ years in digital design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, web/UI, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international or cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, websites, digital campaigns, banners, social media assets, EDMs, and online advertisements.
• Develop campaign key visuals and creative concepts across multiple digital channels and markets.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Design responsive digital interfaces with attention to layout, typography, hierarchy, usability, and visual consistency.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery with high-quality execution.
• Maintain and evolve digital design systems, templates, UI components, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior designers when required.
