Job summary

Vantage is seeking a junior digital designer to join our fintech team and help create and adapt digital assets for fintech, crypto, trading, and financial campaigns. Initially, you’ll focus on localisation, artwork adaptation, banners, and smaller design deliverables, with growth toward digital and UI design.

You will work closely with senior designers, develop strong typography and layout skills, and build a portfolio that demonstrates digital and graphic design work.

Qualifications

• +1 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related creative role.
• Strong foundations in typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Working proficiency in Figma, plus proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a designer.
• A portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design work (required).
• English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Graphic Design: Create and adapt banners, social media graphics, promotional visuals, and campaign assets.
• Localisation: Adapt artwork for different languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabic, while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
• Digital & UI Design: Support website and landing page layouts, UI elements, and responsive designs.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior designers, implement feedback, and gradually take ownership of larger projects.
