Job summary

TOPPAN Security is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support domestic and international procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and cost analysis in a manufacturing setting. You will plan purchases, negotiate prices and contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure steady supply and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• A postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, or Management is desirable.
• Five to eight years of experience purchasing raw materials or production supplies, or in industrial procurement.
• Experience negotiating with and managing domestic and international suppliers.
• Experience in manufacturing companies or other production-based industries.
• Experience in inventory management and supply planning.
• Knowledge of import processes and foreign trade is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute domestic and international purchases of raw materials and production supplies.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Identify, develop, qualify, and manage suppliers.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover and coverage.
• Analyze historical consumption and forecast demand.
• Perform cost analysis and assess price variances.
• Develop and track savings KPIs.
• Create contingency plans for critical materials and diversify the supplier base.
