WPP is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable and collections activities across the Group. This role focuses on timely payments, SOX-compliant controls, and cross-entity collaboration to improve efficiency and cash flow.

You will manage customer collections, post payments in ERP, reconcile accounts, and prepare AR reports while coordinating with Finance, Treasury, Shared Services, and external clients in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a Collections or Accounts Receivable role with similar responsibilities.
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and French - a language test will be conducted.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable modules within ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience managing customer debt portfolios.
• Previous experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable to Accounts Receivable.
• FP or higher education in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end collections process and ensure timely payment.
• Oversee daily posting of customer payments in ERP systems.
• Perform cash reconciliations and match payments to invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies with customers in collaboration with legal entities.
• Prepare AR-related reports including ageing and ad hoc analyses.
• Deliver month-end closing reports and SOX-compliant documentation.
• Contribute to treasury forecasting with collections data.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across entities.
• Coordinate with legal entities to maximize collections.
• Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for Collections aligned to Group standards.
• Identify improvements to drive efficiencies in AR.
