Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior Data Management Lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for global studies. You will provide leadership in project planning, execution and close-out, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while managing budgets and client satisfaction.

• Must have strong data management expertise in CDM
• Experience leading CDM projects, including global studies
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
• Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary data management contact for customers on deliverables
• Lead end-to-end DM service delivery for single/multi-service projects
• Coordinate with DOC and Data Operations teams to meet milestones
• Manage SOW/budget, change orders, and pricing discussions
• Mentor junior DTL staff and drive process improvements
