IQVIA is seeking a Site Strategy Lead to shape delivery strategies during early proposal development and to support Data Generation requests from clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to build efficient study execution scenarios that IQVIA can operationalize and execute.

In this role you will partner with the Clinical Operations Lead to ensure seamless handoff from pre- to post-award planning while maintaining project timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Background in life sciences with relevant education.
• Experience in clinical operations, monitoring processes, documentation, and GCP.
• Knowledge of ICH and GCP regulatory requirements.
• Budget awareness and use of pricing tools.
• Strong analytical and budget negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Results-driven with emphasis on quality.
• Strong time management and ability to manage overlapping projects.
• Team player who collaborates in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with overall project efficiency and timelines.
• Turn study budgets and strategies into actionable plans for faster RWE studies.
• Act as single lead for Data Generation proposals: Site ID, Site and Patient Engagement, Site Management and Tech strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to identify challenges and Data Generation strategies.
• Serve as single point of contact to answer pre- and post-award site strategy questions.
