Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field is required.
• 7+ years in Data Management with 5+ years as a CDM lead or project lead.
• Experience delivering global DM trials through full DM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary data management contact for customer on DM deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate DM project planning, execution, and close-out.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources; negotiate with customers.
• Develop and review data management plans and SDTM/annotations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide DM expertise to the team.
• Escalate issues and drive remedial actions to ensure quality.
