EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions for a contact center transformation initiative.

You will implement multi-agent workflows, develop LLM-powered experiences, and integrate with Amazon Connect to enhance customer interactions. The role focuses on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and production-grade deployments using AWS serverless services, with an emphasis on observability, cost, and latency optimization.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock for building and deploying generative AI applications.
• Experience designing prompts, integrating foundation models, and building production-grade AI features.
• Experience building agentic and multi-agent workflows enabling autonomous task execution and orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to orchestrate automated business processes.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and context assembly techniques for production workloads.
• Integrate agentic AI with Amazon Connect contact center flows for improved automation.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and knowledge base integrations to ground outputs.
• Deploy serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
• Establish guardrails, safety controls, and compliance measures for secure AI deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate throughout the project lifecycle.
