Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen reliable cloud delivery on Google Cloud Platform through infrastructure automation and secure access controls. You will build Terraform modules, configure IAM and Workload Identity Federation, and deliver CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with a global team and contribute to hands-on cloud engineering, infrastructure as code, and secure, scalable deployment practices across international projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Senior DevOps experience.
• GCP expertise in production environments.
• Hands-on IaC skills for development and maintenance.
• Strong Terraform skills for module authoring.
• CI/CD pipeline engineering experience.
• Security and identity skills with IAM and Workload Identity Federation.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on IaC implementation on Google Cloud Platform.
• Write and maintain reusable Terraform modules.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Configure IAM policies and permissions for secure access.
• Implement Workload Identity Federation integrations for trusted authentication.
• Collaborate with a global team across time zones (Mexico coverage).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infra and pipeline issues to ensure reliable delivery.
