In All Media Inc is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js/React) for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will own backend microservices, GraphQL/REST layers, and Next.js frontend components powering global web experiences.

Collaboration across distributed teams, emphasis on performance, caching, and AI-assisted development will be core to daily work. Requirements include 4+ years in software development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills, and experience with React/Next.js

Formación

4+ years professional software development experience.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js backend skills.
Experience with React and Next.js for SSR/SSG.
Hands-on API development: REST/GraphQL/gRPC and headless CMS integration.
Experience with testing: Jest/Playwright/RTL and CI/CD tooling.
Familiarity with caching layers (Redis) and performance tuning.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Develop Node.js microservices, REST/GraphQL layers, and Next.js frontend components.
Build reusable UI components and enterprise UI patterns.
Design SSR/SSG workflows and content models in headless CMSs.
Implement A/B testing and personalization across marketing platforms.
Integrate third-party services and optimize web vitals and caching.
Write automated tests and maintain code quality in CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
