Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java as the primary language, plus Python and React, a strong emphasis on scalable data architecture, performance optimization, and collaboration in an agile team. This role supports flexible remote/office options and requires LatAm presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, along with Python and microservices, plus frontend (React, UI/UX) development.
• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Practical architectural sense.
• Being based in LatAm.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows, with Java as the primary backend language alongside Python and microservices, plus React on the frontend.
• Bridge software engineering and data engineering responsibilities.
• Work within an agile sprint process backed by a JIRA backlog.
• Deliver with a strong execution focus in evolving, data-intensive environments.
• Collaborate effectively across the engineering team.
