AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data-intensive environment. You will work with Java as the primary backend language, Python, and microservices, plus React on the frontend, delivering robust software for Fortune 500 brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, plus Python and microservices, and frontend with React.
• Experience in scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging skills and practical architectural sense.
• Based in LatAm and able to work with upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data-intensive environment.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, along with Python and microservices, plus frontend (React, UI/UX) development.
• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Practical architectural sense.
• Being based in LatAm.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, data lakes, or warehouse ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, or AI platform integration.
• Experience with AWS-native services and observability tooling.
