AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data‑intensive environment.

Expect Java as the primary backend language, with Python, microservices, and React on the frontend. You’ll operate in an agile sprint with Jira, collaborate across the engineering team, and base in LatAm with flexible remote/office options and an upper‑intermediate English level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend with Java as primary language, plus Python and microservices.
• Frontend development with React and UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging skills and architectural awareness.
• Based in LatAm with upper-intermediate English.
