Tekton Labs is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance services using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. You will lead features, fix critical bugs, and drive SDK updates while ensuring scalable architectures.

Join a global team, participate in on‑call rotations, and mentor junior developers. Strong cloud experience (AWS), databases (PostgreSQL/Redis/Elasticsearch) and robust CI/CD pipelines are required.

Formación

• Over 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js (ES6+) and TypeScript for building RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid frontend experience with React.js, Redux or Next.js.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Git version control.
• Advanced English (C1) for communication with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend and frontend services using Node.js, TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Lead maintenance and updates of client applications, including critical bug fixes, SDK updates and new features.
• Implement and optimize observability strategies (logging, metrics, alerting) to ensure production health.
• Participate actively in on-call rotations and incident response, conducting post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure system resilience through failover, redundancy, and automated recovery mechanisms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders to define technical requirements and scalable architectures.
• Mentor junior developers and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
