Tekton Labs in Medellín is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer contractor to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend and frontend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks. You will lead maintenance, fix critical bugs, update SDKs, implement observability, participate in on-call rotations, and design resilient architectures.

• More than 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend and frontend services using Node.js, TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Lead maintenance and updates of client applications, including fixing critical bugs, updating SDKs and developing new features.
• Implement and optimize observability strategies (logging, metrics, alerting) to ensure production system health.
• Participate actively in on-call rotations and incident response, conducting post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure system resilience through failover, redundancy and automated recovery mechanisms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders to define technical requirements and scalable architectures.
• Mentor junior developers and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
