Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to advance agentic AI systems in a production SaaS environment. You will design and build full stack capabilities for autonomous agents, with an emphasis on reasoning, planning, and reliable operation across enterprise-scale deployments.

You will collaborate with product, ML, and design teams in a distributed setup, contributing technically across backend and frontend layers while shaping engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Senior-level full stack engineering experience with delivery in complex systems.
• Experience with agentic AI systems including tool-use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination.
• Familiarity with semantic context patterns for AI knowledge surface.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for deployment, monitoring, and management of AI agents in the SaaS platform.
• Build and extend the RPA agent layer for production reliability.
• Implement semantic context mechanisms for structured knowledge.
• Create frontend interfaces for visibility and control of agent behavior.
• Integrate with third-party AI services, LLM APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, and UX designers.
• Help define technical standards for agentic system development.
