Job summary

StaffingAbroad is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for one of our clients. This fully remote role targets a frontend professional with strong experience building polished, scalable, production-grade web applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with React, TypeScript, modern CSS tools, reusable components, frontend testing, and UI best practices. This is a fully remote, full-time position with salary negotiable based on experience and the client.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Advanced CSS skills and experience with modern styling tools.
• Experience with complex forms and client-side state management.
• Knowledge of frontend testing practices.
• Experience using Git and source control best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Availability to work aligned with Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend applications and services.
• Build scalable and responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Create reusable components and frontend libraries.
• Work with modern CSS tools such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Emotion, or CSS-in-JS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and polished user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement frontend testing using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Contribute to application architecture, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
