EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Lead Adobe Commerce Developer to own the integration delivery for Adobe Commerce B2B, guide architecture, and mentor engineers across backend and frontend work. You will collaborate with international teams on diverse projects, drive high-quality releases, and sign off on integration standards, data mappings, and code reviews.

This role requires 5+ years in Adobe Commerce, 1+ year as a tech lead, strong PHP/MySQL expertise, and English at B2+.

Formación

• 5+ years of Adobe Commerce (Magento) development experience.
• 1+ years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce B2B modules.
• Strong background in designing and building Integration Frameworks and system integrations.
• Lead-level ownership and ability to drive end-to-end delivery.
• Advanced skills in integrating XML and JSON data formats.
• Expert-level proficiency in PHP development.
• Strong MySQL and relational database optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead independently in a staff augmentation setup.
• Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the integration architecture connecting external catalog sources with Adobe Commerce B2B.
• Lead design, development, and evolution of integration components using established frameworks.
• Establish data mappings and transformations of XML and JSON payloads.
• Drive backend development in PHP and ensure MySQL database integrity and scalability.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex integration issues across environments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with stakeholders, aligning technical direction and confirming integration requirements.
• Oversee light frontend work to support integration-related UI changes.
• Maintain technical documentation standards for integration flows and support needs.
• Own the code review process and enforce quality, security, and performance best practices.
• Coordinate release activities and ensure stable deployments for integration updates.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
