Bluelight is looking for a skilled full-stack developer to join our fast-growing team in Colombia. You will design and implement end-to-end software solutions, collaborating with product managers and data engineers on challenging projects focused on financial reporting and analytics.

You will work with Python, Flask/FastAPI/Django, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL to deliver high-quality applications. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and growth in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Python and building service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Experience with relational databases, data storage models, and data-access patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions for financial reporting and data visualization.
• Refactor existing codebases to improve maintainability and performance using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams to safely extract, parse, and serve large-scale analytics.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
