Bluelight LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to own full-stack development, combining Python-based backend services with modern React frontend for financial reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with product managers and data teams to deliver scalable, robust data-driven applications and continuously improve the system’s performance and maintainability.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery) and building service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React for scalable SPA architectures.
• Strong experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL, and data-access models.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end software solutions for financial reporting and data visualization.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software using Agile methodologies to improve maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing React for scalable single-page application (SPA) architectures.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.
