Bluelight is seeking a skilled software engineer to join its rapidly growing team in Cartagena. The role focuses on full-stack development, delivering high-quality applications for complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.

You will work on challenging projects, collaborating with product managers and data engineers to extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics, while embracing continuous learning and professional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend experience with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Strong frontend experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Hands-on with relational databases, data modeling, and data access patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-stack development from design to deployment for financial reporting and data visualization projects.
• Continuously improve code quality and performance using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
