Global Green Growth Institute seeks a Senior Fiscal Instruments Expert to lead design and regulatory work for forest finance across four countries, coordinating fiscal diagnostics, revenue modelling, and incentive design to align with national plans and EU-supported priorities.

You will draft legal and budgetary instruments, build capacity through training on fiscal modelling, and support government adoption.

Formación

• Advanced university degree in public finance, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in fiscal policy, public revenue management, or climate/forest finance.
• Experience drafting fiscal instruments and supporting government adoption of reforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fiscal diagnostics, revenue modelling, and incentive design across country contexts.
• Draft or review legal, regulatory and budgetary instruments to operationalize fiscal reforms.
• Support integration of fiscal instruments into national policy planning and financing frameworks.
• Develop and deliver training on fiscal modelling and policy analysis.
• Monitor uptake and reporting of fiscal instruments and coordinate with key stakeholders.
