Formación

• Advanced degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant sustainable/climate finance experience.
• Experience designing credit lines, guarantees, or credit-enhancement mechanisms.
• Engagement with central banks, regulators, or green-banking reforms.
• Knowledge of forestry or natural-resource lending is an advantage.
• Experience delivering capacity-building to financial-sector counterparts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and structuring of forest credit lines and risk instruments.
• Advise central banks and regulators on prudential reforms for green lending.
• Train financial institutions on risk assessment, valuation, and lending.
• Pilot credit transactions and monitor portfolios for scaling.
• Coordinate with country teams to align instrument design with delivery.
• Support cross-cutting instruments and donor reporting.
