• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Expertise in web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure.
• Track record in quota-bearing or revenue-focused roles with SaaS metrics knowledge.
• Strong ability to translate technical details for C-suite stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, build architectures, and run demos/PoCs for security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: onboard, monitor health, and speed time-to-value for customers.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage a quota, conduct QBRs to demonstrate ROI.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain relationships through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: use AI agents to automate routine tasks and telemetry monitoring.
