BairesDev is seeking a Senior Elixir & Observability Engineer to design, build, and optimize highly concurrent, scalable backend systems while ensuring complete visibility into application performance.
You will implement OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing, integrate Datadog or New Relic, and collaborate with teams to improve reliability, performance, and health monitoring across the stack. This remote role offers global impact and growth opportunities.
Formación
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Elixir or similar languages.
- Proven expertise in Elixir and Rust programming languages.
- Hands-on experience implementing OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing.
- Proficiency with observability platforms such as Datadog or New Relic.
- Excellent command of English.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build high-performance, scalable backend services.
- Integrate observability and distributed tracing across the stack.
- Instrument applications to collect metrics, logs, and traces.
- Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
