Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician to plan and execute complex maintenance, calibration, and modification of electrical and electro-mechanical systems. The role focuses on testing, diagnostics, and documentation within Santa Isabel, PR.

Based on a strong background in electronics/mechatronics and CNC or SMT equipment, you will ensure safety compliance and support engineering project goals in a hands-on onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting and Real-Time Problem Resolution exercises.
• Manage documentation like software, PM and OPM suggestions.
