Collins Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Santa Isabel, PR team. You will plan and execute complex tasks to troubleshoot and modify electronic, electrical, and electromechanical systems, and calibrate equipment for testing according to EH&S directions.

You will work with engineers and project teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain run integrity, and uphold safety and quality standards in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support for testing, programming, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems, components, or equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation for projects.
• Work with engineers, project managers, and team members to support goals and timelines.
• Provide input on design improvements and process optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or RTRP exercises with minimal supervision.
• Review and optimize critical process equipment and parameters for optimal operation.
• Validate first-piece run integrity.
• Identify mechanical defects as part of root-cause analysis.
