Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician for an onsite role in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. You will plan and execute complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical units, and calibrate equipment to support testing and production.

The role requires a HS diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. U.S. citizenship is required and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for engineering projects and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet timelines and goals.
• Suggest design improvements and process optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and real-time problem resolution.
