HarZa is seeking a fast, high-volume direct-response video editor for health and wellness brands. You will edit short-form and long-form ads (15–60s and 2–6m), delivering ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll work in a remote, async-first environment focused on performance and compliance-driven storytelling. The role demands sustaining daily ad output, iterating hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design while maintaining craft.

Formación

• Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands, where your videos ran on real media budgets and you saw the numbers.
• Fluency in both short-form ad formats and long-form DR (VSLs, advertorials, 2+ minute belief-building videos).
• A demonstrated high-volume rhythm: you have sustained daily ad output in a testing environment, not one polished piece per week.
• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or other claims-sensitive verticals is a strong plus.
• Full professional proficiency with a modern editing stack, reliable remote setup, and the self-management to thrive in an async-first, output-measured company.

Responsabilidades

• Direct-response editing at volume for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce short-form (15–60s) and long-form (2–6m) formats with high craft like hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design.
• Create hooks, cut-downs, re-orders, and format swaps of winning ads for rapid testing cycles.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the pod and document briefs, versions, and delivery status in Asana.
