TTEC Colombia is seeking a Senior Digital & UX/UI Designer to join our hybrid team in Bogota. You will lead the creation of digital assets and experiences across our web ecosystem, bridging UX/UI with brand design to deliver high-performing, user-centered web experiences.

You will collaborate with the global design team and implementation partners to refine site sections, landing pages, ads, emails, and social graphics, while applying HTML/CSS knowledge and modern prototyping tools like Figma

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design with a focus on web-based environments.
Strong UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
A strong portfolio showing creativity, detail, and versatility across digital assets.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; Microsoft Office; Webflow knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Create and evolve digital assets and experiences across TTEC's web ecosystem.
Lead information architecture for web sites and channels with clear user flows and wireframes.
Collaborate with global design team to deliver high-quality B2B assets.
Design UI/UX elements and data visualizations; develop prototypes (low- and high-fidelity).
Iterate in an Agile Marketing environment to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Support and evolve the brand's digital presence and design system.
