Job summary
Ascendion seeks a DevOps/Platform Engineer to support containerized apps, CI/CD automation, and platform operations in a digital banking environment. You will maintain pipelines, deploy to Kubernetes/OpenShift, and implement GitOps practices.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, monitor systems, and enhance security and code quality within CI/CD workflows. Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Argo CD, and Azure DevOps is
Qualifications
- 7+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
- Hands-on with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
- Experience with Docker and Quay, and Argo CD.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for digital engineering teams.
- Support containerized deployments and platform operations.
- Work with Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
- Implement and maintain GitOps deployment processes.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment reliability.
- Support security and code quality in CI/CD workflows.
