Job summary

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure for a major payment-processing client. This remote-first role emphasizes GCP with Azure exposure, automation, and strong collaboration with US teams.

You will lead cloud initiatives, drive CI/CD, and ensure security and observability across the platform, while mentoring others and delivering clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps experience with leadership capabilities.
• - 10+ years of DevOps experience with 5+ years in GCP/Azure.
• - Hands-on with cloud infra, networking, automation and CI/CD (focus on GCP).
• - Proficient with Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux.
• - Datadog experience for monitoring/observability.
• - Strong security, IaC, containerization and cloud monitoring knowledge.
• - Troubleshooting in high-load, mission-critical environments.
• - Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.
• - Strong communication and collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• - Ownership, documentation, and proactive DevOps improvement mindset.
• - Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Support migration of on-prem systems to the cloud and modernize legacy systems.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support reliable releases.
