Auxis is seeking a senior Database Administrator to architect, build, maintain and secure client databases on SQL Server and Oracle platforms. This hands-on role involves migrations, upgrades, performance optimization, backup/recovery testing, and automated operations across multi-client estates.

The candidate will lead complex incidents to root cause and define standards and runbooks for operations. The role requires 6+ years of dual-platform DBA experience, with strong expertise in HA/DR,

Formación

• 6+ years as a senior DBA in large-scale production environments.
• Experience building database environments end-to-end: sizing, architecture, install/config.
• Proven ability troubleshooting complex incidents on SQL Server and Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Validate design/architecture for SQL Server and Oracle in client environments.
• Build, configure and harden new database instances with runbooks.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, and patch cycles with rollback plans.
• Optimize queries and manage performance, capacity planning and security.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and incident root cause analyses.
