Ascendion is hiring a Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI / Agentic AI in Medellín to build production-grade AI solutions. You will deploy LLMs and GenAI apps, using LangGraph/LangChain, Python, and SQL to deliver scalable features for enterprise clients.

This role expects strong ML foundations, hands-on experience with vector databases, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Join a culture of opportunity and continuous learning at Ascendion.

Formación

• Agentic AI in production experience is required.
• Strong ML and statistical modeling foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications into production.
• Develop solutions using GPT and open-source models, including prompting, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Build agentic applications using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Develop AI applications using Python and SQL.
• Deploy AI solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Work with Vector Databases / Vector Search, including Azure AI Search.
• Support AI/ML Ops, CI/CD, APIs, testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
