Talento is seeking a Technical Support & Data Integration Engineer to support a cloud-based data platform and a growing customer base. This role focuses on solving complex technical problems across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and integrations, not a traditional help desk.

Ideal candidates will onboard new customers, support data integration and pipeline operations, and help automate and document support processes while growing into Data/Cloud Engineering or AI-driven operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting cloud-based data platforms, integration environments, or technical SaaS products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and investigate problems independently.
• Experience with databases and SQL, APIs and integrations, cloud infrastructure, networking.
• Hands-on scripting with Python, PowerShell, Bash, SQL, REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and operate a structured technical support function for customers and internal teams.
• Own, triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming technical support requests.
• Investigate issues across databases, cloud infrastructure, networking, APIs, applications.
• Coordinate escalations with engineering and other technical teams when necessary.
• Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles to reduce recurring issues.
