AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines powering cloud cost visibility, attribution, and performance insights for the Cloud Economics team. You will build scalable ELT/ETL workflows using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow across AWS services including Glue, Athena, and Aurora alongside Snowflake, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• End-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, Dagster).
• AWS data ecosystem incl. Glue, Athena, Aurora; Snowflake experience.
• Data modeling and large-scale data processing proficiency.
• CI/CD, version control, Terraform, and REST API integrations.
• Analytical, with data validation and troubleshooting abilities.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Cloud Economics data pipelines and automation.
• Develop scalable pipelines delivering cloud cost visibility and attribution.
• Create data models and ingestion frameworks for telemetry and usage data.
• Build tools enabling cost-aware decision-making across stakeholders.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to support cost optimization.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and auditability end-to-end.
